We are the manufacturer of the Galactic Knights, Desperado, MAATAC, Several 25mm Historical Miniature lines and the Battlefield Accessories line of gaming mats. We also carry the Iron Wind Paints, Howard Hues Paints, Wargames Accessories Metal Bases, Scenic Effects and Crunchy Frog Enterprises lines of products that are available along with your Monday Knight Productions orders..

Ordering: Orders may be placed by phone, mail, online or e-mail. No Minimum order value required for placing an order, however we do have minimums to receive free shipping.
Payment: Company checks, Money Orders, Amex, Visa, MC, Discover or PayPal are all acceptable.
Discounts: All Retail accounts receive a base 45% discount.
Terms: All Retail accounts that have a store front are given 5/10 net 30 terms (or 5% when paying in advance with a credit card); All Retail account that are completely online accounts (Meaning you do not own a store front) will receive the 2% credit card pre-pay terms only and all payments must be made prior to shipping the order.
Shipments: All retail orders that have a net invoice amount of less than $400.00 will be charged exact shipping, plus $3.00 handling. Invoice with a net amount of $400.00 or more receive free shipping by the method of their choosing (CHOICES: UPS (ground), FedEx (ground) and USPS). Faster shipping options are available. Orders with a net amount more than $400.00 will pay the difference between the ground costs and the express shipping options.
(NOTE: All shipments are normally made through the least expensive form of shipping method, mostly dependant upon the size of the order. Retail accounts can ask for specific shipping methods on orders that exceed the minimum net price for free shipping.)
Prices: Prices subject to change without notice.
Returns: Allowed on product billed through and shipped by Monday Knight Productions to the entity requesting the return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Exchanges are allowed with prior arrangements only, subject to the same requirements as returns. If it is OUR mistake we'll fix it!
