Ordering: Orders may be placed by phone, mail, e-mail, internet or FAX. The easiest way to place an order is to use our website (www.mondayknight.com) and place the comment "Distributor Order for _________" in the comment section. No Minimum order value required for placing an order.

Payment: Amex, Visa, MC, Discover Card or bank transfers are all acceptable

Terms: All Export Distributors accounts are prepay only.

Discounts: 59% off the catalog list price of an item.

Shipments: All direct international shipments are normally made through USPS; all orders shipped a US based freight handler will be shipped by FedEx Ground. All international distributor order will be charged exact shipping costs plus $2.00 per box handling charge.

Prices: Prices subject to change without notice.

Returns: All foreign sales are final.
