Scenic Effects was founded in January 1994 by Rick and Wendy Schuldt at their home in Point Richmond, California. Rick designs and has produced over 200 original historically accurate model buildings and terrain for the hobby, diorama, collector and war gaming industry. Wendy takes care of all the business, shipping and trade shows.
